[Milsurplus] RBC receiver manual?

If you buy  manuals, be sure to ask the seller EXACTLY what is and is 
not included in EACH manual. I have purchased manuals, waited for them, 
opened them with happy anticipation, and found they did not include the 
schematics or other crucial information. An inquirey to the seller got 
an apologetic reply that what I needed most and really paid for was in 
another manual or "optional", and they would be very happy to provide it 
for an additional "nominal" fee. Buyer, be hyper aware!, assume the 
worst, and ask questions before placing the order.   One supplier of 
manuals for antique entertainment radios was infamous for putting a 
notice that an additional "handling" charge was required in microscopic 
print where few would see it. You payment was gleefully taken, days 
later a letter or email explained they were sooooo sorry, but your 
payment was insufficient...     It is wise to wait to pay  until you 
receive  an invoice with every single fee and shipping charge totaled so 
there can't be any delays or "Oh, by the way...." additional charges.
