Bruce a few years ago there was a non commercial Four Course set up to 
show how it used to be. If you Google Four Course then look at Nelsons 
weblog. It is described and has the audio to match. Its a you tube video 
made around 2010.  If it is still up and running it might be fun to run 
a few times.
