[Milsurplus] Special phone jack needed for a friends Stinson L-5

Not a very good photo.. Is he looking for a spring loaded cover assembly that fits over a phone Jack? If so I know I have a couple but not sure if they are the correct one. If someone cam send me a photo I will look... 73 Tom K4NCG
