It is interesting that this radio set-up is an SCR-274/ARC-5 set-up or
Command Radio and not some kind of higher power Liaison Radio..  Must have
been for local ops.

At 02:27:56 is a scene of a ground to air radio setup on Guadalcanal
airfield, a P-38 recon and P-39 fighter installation.

Darned clock in the middle of the screen covers the whole radio setup,
mostly.  Still see what they are displaying though.  Be interesting to do
some searching and find out more details as to when it was taken and who the
P-39 outfit was.
