[Milsurplus] WTD: PE-73 / BD-77 attached bottom base

Looking for the attached base with the 4 slider snaps. Its bolted onto the dynamotor with four ¼ - 20 screws

Hoping someone has a wretched dynamotor not worth restoring and willing to remove the base.
