Armstrong is known in the broadcast industry as being only slightly better than a real pile of junk like QEI, starting price for that transmitter is about right for a 10Kw FM transmitter but I would not pay anything for one myself. Often wonder what happened to all the old RCA AM carrier current transmitters that were once in military service as broadcast systems for military establishments? You somehow think being carrier current and not intended to radiate off base that they would be small but from what I have been told it was not uncommon to have a 1 Kw transmitter coupled to the AC mains at the base power plant.

Not sure if anyone gets these listing or not.
Price seems a little thick.
