[Milsurplus] Antenna Tuner

Does anyone have any information on a King KMC-96 antenna tuner?
This was used on aircraft, had marine applications and was used with 
a base station.
The tuner handles 150 Watts and covers 2-30 MHz.
The L is from 0.6 to 41 uHy in 0.01 uHy steps.
The C is from 25 to 4000 pF in 1pFsteps.
It uses high voltage reed relays to switch the C and L.

I need to know how the controls interface.
The tuner that I have is without case.

I think that I know where the in and out is.
There is a 14 pin interface connector.
I can account for V+ and ground, PTT and return, a tuned indicator, 
but ,I do not know what else may be there and do not know what pin is what.

A schematic would be great, A service manual would be super.
