The RBL and RAK receivers tune down to about 14 Kc.  To get down to 10 
Kc the SP-600-VLF and R-389 come to mind, also many Maritime receivers, 
too many to mention.  While you're down there, consider an E-Field Probe 
antenna; they are really good at VLF, better than a long wire, unless 
you can roll out 500 min or 1000 feet or so. Actually a mile or more 
would be good at 15 kc.  Search on "PA0RDT Mini-Whip" for more 
information.  E-Field Probe kits (PA0RDT design) can be bought on ebay 
for small money.  It's good from 10 Kc to 30 Mc.
