[Milsurplus] Tubular caps in the BC-348Q

 I am working on a BC-348Q and was wondering about the tubular caps in it.  I am assuming that they are aluminum film/paper construction.  My thought is to replace them by gutting them and putting modern caps inside the carcass.  any advice on this is more than welcome.  It is actually in nice shape, no holes or replaced knobs or switches. I even have a new LS-3 speaker for it from Robert Downs.  It does have some mods that I am identifying and will remove except for the 6.3 v filament re-wire.  Do have to make sure that it is done correctly.
