[Milsurplus] RAL Receiver

I just spoke with my buddy who wants the RAL and although one in the
neighborhood (B.C. & Washington) would be desirable, he is now willing to
go farther afield if anybody is amenable to shipping one. For one in decent
condition he is willing to pay $150 - $200 for the receiver alone, more if
it includes the power supply.
