[Milsurplus] RA-42 Power Supply

Hi Joe,

It should be stuck inside the RA-42 cover, but maybe you cover or 
schematic is missing.

A photo of the schematic is attached. The Milsurplus group will 
probably strip it off but I've CC'd you direct.

I think the RA-42-B is a reduced cost version which did not have the 
two meters. The schematic will be the same
as the RA-42 or RA-42-A but no meters or wiring for meters shown.

If anyone in the group would like a copy let me know.
