[Milsurplus] Handy crystal tester

A recent email reminded me of something I'd seen at the last hamfest.
My table partner had a small crystal tester unit. He was selling miscellaneous odd crystals.
Potential buyers could press the crystal terminals up to this little circuit board, push a button,
and an LED would advise go/no go on the crystal activity (usefulness.)
