Thanks, Mac, for the info and links. I am still trying to deermine the limits
for my right-sizing, which kind of means toward less heavy metal. ( But
I’m not even really in the Heavy Metal league. )  I’m not going to keep the
FM-41; I admire the armored car config but I don’t want to pursue it; my
ethic is kind of the infantry unit one. I think I worked out my own answer.
Dispose of the PE-103’s, FM-141, and get one nice GN-45 for display.
Say, does the more common GN-58 leg + seat work with the GN-45 ?

One curiosity I will mention: the seat for the handcrank for the MBM I 
have, the seat is hinged so it can fold widthwise to fit in the suitcase.
Odd.
