If any of you know Harold W4PQW would you please get in touch with me?

He sent me a pair of ARC-5 radios (without my approval) and one was not as
advertised to a significant degree.  I have tried to work out this issue
with him but he has not responded to recent email.

So, if any of you know him and could help out I'd appreciate it.  I will
NOT discuss this on the reflector, but hope there are one or two of you
that know him personally and can help out.
