[Milsurplus] USS SLATER - we need you to vote!

Comment on the voting procedure - the voting software apparently recognizes 
the machine you are using.  If you vote, kill the browser, and go back to 
the same link, it goes directly to the summary (you can't vote again).  
However, if you have two machines (we have three on the LAN here)...  (I won't 
spell it out).
