[Milsurplus] quality Dremel attachments ?

I've been using a tungsten burr.  I don't recall the part number, but it's a 
straight shaft with a rounded tip, about half is fluted.  It IS the Dremel 
brand, I picked up a few at Lowe's.

I needed to do a quick teardown of a vehicle being sold and used this bit to 
grind the heads off some large pan-head stainless steel screws.  I got in a 
hurry and just mashed the shit out of the whole works, the bit got a bright 
orange in the process.  It did not distort, stayed sharp and kept cutting, 
even with this abuse.  I took out six screws in a short time by griding the 
entire heads off, the poking the shank through the hole until the part I 
needed fell off.
