[Milsurplus] OT: "Surplus Stupidity" Is Alive and Well.

In places like Syria and Libya, the 'young people' take pickup trucks,
mount AA guns on them, and kill people.

Better to blow them up. If you can make swords into plowshares, you can
probably make plowshaqres into swords too.

If your point is a waste of money, there are FAR bigger wastes in the US.
Much of a Trillion on a recovery program, that wasn't.
