Dave,
RCA made a SSB transceiver, the SSB-5A, may have had a SSB-5.
Tube type, ran a pair of 6550.s in final. Power requirements were
800V, 300V, -100V and 12V. Maybe that is what you supply runs??

Subject: [Milsurplus] SSB-5 Power Supply?

Hello all,

I wonder if anyone knows what this power supply belongs to.
It states SSB-5 on the case. Cannot find any reference to
with Google.

12V input inverter power supply using potted toroidal
transformer.
