[Milsurplus] SSB-5 Power Supply?

Hello all,

I wonder if anyone knows what this power supply belongs to. 
It states SSB-5 on the case. Cannot find any reference to 
with Google.

12V input inverter power supply using potted toroidal 
transformer.
