Good Evening Kurt,

        Yes. Under a law pushed through the House and Senate as part of
an Energy Bill. We will be forced to by CFL's or LED's lights. Any old
stock light bulbs can be sold, but no new stocks are being made. Seems
the Government thinks it will help the environment. To bad they did not
know that the CFL's contain small amounts of Mercury among other toxic
stuff.  And how many will read the disposable rules printed on the CFL
Base. Most don't and just throw them into the garbage.
