[Milsurplus] GRC-9 receiver (only) value

What should I price this GRC-9 receiver at, on a non-ripoff basis?

Rec with tubes, covers; but nameplate removed; grill removed;
all knobs in place; all other screws removed from front panel;
headphone socket covers removed. Rear has some kind of pins 
forced into the power connector socket, and I've not tried yet
to remove this, altho it is probably do-able and the socket will
function normally. Bandswitch, tuning, controls travel normally.
This would be for selling to someone who needs just the receiver
section for his own GRC-9.
