Gary, is what you're seeking something like a wood box square, about 12 
inches
on a side, and maybe 10 inches deep, with maybe 2 compartments in it? I 
have,
I think, at least one box such. Got it from an estate sale of a former 
surplus store
owner in Seattle; he had sold the keys and osc separately.
However, I won't be able to look for this til next year, when I'm retired.
