[Milsurplus] GRC-9 rec dial light

I didn't look at the GRC-9 manual when I posted about the bulbs, so I was
unaware that the bulb is on the 1.4 V receiver filament bus. In this case of
course, there is nothing of the sort in the LED department...

It's clear to me now that i should have stated, part of the challenge is
that you ( I ) cannot seem
to find any LEDs that will work from 1.4 - 1.5 volts.
