[Milsurplus] PT boat whip antennas

 Thanks for posting this info on the PT boat TCS antenna. A long time ago when I was in High School , Vance Wardlow W6FLE (SK)gave me one of these verticals from Premax with the base insulator and model shown for the model "136M Antenna on Type 1Base" When I started getting into collecting Mil radios , like the TCS, I started wondering wondering if this was the antenna used on the PT boats. Looks like at least the base insulator was. The vertical ant sections were already rusting out when I got ( probably that’s why I got it)

 Thanks for confirming my suspicion on the antenna used for the TCS on the PT boats
