[Milsurplus] mystery item on ebay...

high price  but  with a make offer.
not a bad program.  allows  you as the seller
to sort though  those at the doorstep  and pick  the 
one  you feel is worthy of  getting a  'deal' 
... it allows you to  have a little control over the
'highest and best  use'  for the item.
