Purchased one last week for "best offer". Definitely factory build and looks to be Mil-surplus. Mil power connector & mil build quality. Twinax PL-259 i/o connectors. Two tube sockets on rear for 6J5 & 6SK7. My best guess is an antenna preamp / preselector. Daka ware knob fits the shaft which is a variable cap.
