[Milsurplus] Signal Corps Case

The boxes are CH-38's.  Someone apparently overhauled them.  Color is off, 
brass hardware looks like it was all bead blasted (black finish is missing). 
 And leg sockets and handles are missing from the ends.  From one photo, it 
appears that the mounting holes were plugged.  And of course, the wiring 
harness (such as it was) is missing.  If I were interested in one of them, I 
would write the seller and ask what they did with the missing hardware.
