[Milsurplus] Tube testers

I have a TV-10 and like it way better than the TV-7, although the TV-7 has some stupid aura around it as being the greatest tube tester ever. Wonder why it's not something like the TV-2 being that's got to be the most difficult to use and overlay complicated tube tester ever.
