[Milsurplus] [MRCA] RBB/RBC IF bandwidth?

The panadapters pick up the signal ahead of the IF chain, before the
ultimate selectivity of the set is determined. The bandwidth of the IF is
10kc in wide down to 1kc in narrow. The bandwidth of what the panadapter
sees is probably limited by the front end, which will be wider in the RBC.
