[Milsurplus] Testing IGFETs

Thanks to everyone for the help on testing these.  I now have the idea on how to do it and can check the ones that I think are bad.  These are the 2N6660 units in the PRC-117 power supply.  Have ordered sone from Newark Electronics at a decent price.  Amazing at the difference in prices between the different places, up to $20.00 difference per device.  Got them ordered for less than $6.
