[Milsurplus] [ARC5] ARC-2: Schematic

Okay, the ARC-2(non-A) schematic is on the docs page as well - 
http://aafradio.org/docs/ARC-2_schematic.PNG

The source was not as good as for the -A but it's free... I'll try to 
find a better schematic and replace it when I have some time.
