I wonder where the very well weathered look of the R-112 and
R-113/ARC-5 came from?  I suspect it's just from poor post-war
ham storage, since the A.R.C. WWII VHF sets have no bona fide
active military service history.  It would have been very
interesting to see the serial numbers on the pictured units.

They appear to be in a SCR-274-N rack FT-277-A, not a "paintless" 
MT-63/ARC-5.  The MT-63 has lockwire anchor points for the audio
bus select switches on both sides of the switch.  FT-277-A racks
are about as hard to find as MT-63 racks.

As for me, I'd like to have a CBY-46107 RAV unit! :-)
