Suppose you have a ranch with tens of thousands of cows and one spotted
green leopard. As some jerk comes along determined to eat leopard for
dinner.
I find that to be abhorrant.
Pilots are more than welcome to fly all the Cessnas, Beechs, 747s they can
get their hands on and I don't give a crap.
But, taking one of only a very, very few, or worse only one, up without a
very, very good reason is, IMO, completely irresponsible.
AND, IMO, just so some pilot can get a thyrill in his pants is NOT a good
reason.
YMOV,
-John
