You can purchase white or clear inkjet decal paper. You cannot print white with an inkjet. You can also print adhesive backed matte vinyl 
Reverse (print black background) with white letters. You can also buy an inexpensive silk screen set from Amazon and use white paint. I do this all the time when restoring aircraft.
