[Milsurplus] Odd Question

Peter,  Thanks for the note.
It gets odder.
A few minutes ago both Ft Collins and Hawaii worked
as they always do.
Could there have been a problem with call routing from
where I am in 717 Pennsylvania?  Things can happen.
I put 22 years with the old AT&T Long Lines, so I know
very well how things can happen.
When I got those wrong numbers yesterday, (when I dialed
the WWV number), I should have asked what number did
I really get.  It appeared to be someone's home.
Weird, these telephones.
