That's the only one have seen, Jack.

http://aafradio.org/docs/ARR-15_schematic.html has the interconnections 
as well as the schematic for the C-733 - they are in the -3 manual.

If you mean using a single control box to switch channels on both the 
transmitter and receiver, then I haven't seen one.  Not to say you 
couldn't use a single control box.  Might be as simple as connecting the 
correct channel number in the control box to both transmitter and 
receiver channel select pins.  I didn't try to trace out the two 
circuits, but IIRC something similar is used on the C-131/ARC-5 Yardney 
spot tuner to select both transmitter and receiver to the same channel.
