Can anyone ID the manufacturer of these connectors used on older SGC transceivers and provide a
source.

The model number is molded into the connector on the green ones but not on the tan ones. It's
MSTB2.5.

Put this into Google and/or http://www.findchips.com and you will come up with a number of
manufacturers and suppliers.
