[Milsurplus] BC-669 CD-515 power Cable

Dave, 

I already wrote Floyd. From salvage, I have the parts to make up one pair 
either straight or right angle. Beyond that, I have around a dozen male 
modified inserts. Probably early next year, I'm going to get set up to fairly 
easily modify standard female inserts.

I will say that although original and good CD-515's of either version are 
hard to find, Tom Horsfall did find one for a guy who he was helping just 
last month. But I don't know any of the details.
