Where is Russia 'thriving' ? Oh, you mean Moscow and St. Petersburg,
and forget the countryside, I get it.

BTW, on the subject of driving, I saw a woman driving, brushing her teeth.
I am pretty sure I saw what I saw. I thought this requires water, and so on.
It does for me. Pretty disgusting to contemplate.
I think I read in the NY Times about this happening on the subway. I think 
if
I saw it in progress on the subway, I'd like to try to out-gross the 
performer,
maybe floss my teeth, or act like I was going to vomit, something
equally attractive.

BTW, German AFVs did NOT have any nature of bailout plugs. But, there
crew did not wear any kind of helmet, so maybe they figured not needed.
