In regard to Mike's comment: As they say in the non ambiguous media of 
the day, the term "enhanzment " bears no relation to persons living or 
dead or members of this group and was not intended for personal 
pecuniary interest but I do have a spare keyboard I would be willing to 
offer in supplication of the caffeine flood experienced.   I am glad 
that our humo(u)r extends across the border.
