Don't want Kay and the kids to be saddled with the complex burden
of "this guy gets that, that guy gets this, here's how to Ebay the rest."
I found an honest, trustworthy broker for my estate
whom I've known now for nearly 20 years.
He is a good, decent man who has years of experiance in this.
Within a folder to be opened at my death,
along with insurance information, will etc.  is a sheet titled "Radio Stuff"
with his name, business card, address, phone numbers and email address.
The instructions are simple:

      "Call Mike.
       Have him come and take everything, wall to wall.
       Don't stand over his sholder and "nit-pick."
       He can be trusted.
       He will write you a check.
       You will think it is "too little."
       He will write it for too much.
      This is normal."

Now if only I can count on him to outlast me! ;-)
