Hi,
I used to have one of these units. Puts out a healthy couple watts of
speech power into 600 ohms to drive our big Navy transmitters, and gives
you handset control and fun lights and jiggling meters to look at.
I used mine for a while to drive a push-pull 811 modulator in a big
homebrew TX.
Contact Ernest directly and he can send pix.

Hello. I have a crv-50254 speech input equipment radiotelephone. It looks
to be from the 40s. The best part is it came with a military issued box
stacked full of nos parts, tubes, transformers, etc. for this device.
Probably has a replacement part for everything inside the unit. I collect
vintage radios and stereo equipment and thought this was real cool. Now I
am looking to sell the unit along with all the nos parts and I can not find
much info about this unit or what it does and what it's worth. I am
thinking the parts are probably better than the unit itself but instead of
selling off the parts separately I would like to keep it all together. I
would appreciate any helpful info about what this unit does, is it very
rare or valuable and is there a part that is valuable and better selling
separately. Also if this is something u may be interested in I would like
to see it go to a good home. Please email me at kupp420 at gmail.com.
Thanks, Ernest
