[Milsurplus] RCU-151A Survival radio info

G'day all,

I'm doing a static display of Survival type radios this 
weekend and I have one which I have no info on, It is 
labeled RCU-151A and is very similar looking to the RT-60B I 
have, except for it having an attached cable for a separate 
battery pack and only covers one frequency 241MHz.

Can someone give me some Specs for it, please, and did it 
ever have a military number?
