[Milsurplus] T-47/ART-13 into 50 ohm load

Dennis,

I use a fixed 2000pf cap between the CAP terminal and ground, with control C
on 7.

This gives me a good match across the band with 92-100 watt output into 50
ohms (using the DY-17/ART-13 dynamotor), with the plate current meter dip in
the correct range, with minimum tweaking of controls D and E. D is between
10 and 30, and E between 120 and 130 throughout the 75/80 meter band. I
haven't used the ART-13's on any other bands. I use a 256 foot long Carolina
Windom via an MFJ automatic antenna tuner.

These setting are very similar on both of my ART-13's which are currently
operational - one is a T-412/ART-13B and a T-47/ART-13.

What cap values do you use? (Don't see/have your previous...)

Interesting... I can't get maximum power with the dip in the correct plate
current range unless I use the cap value and settings I mentioned before.
My measured plate voltage under load, with the DY-17/ART-13 is 1120 volts.
It's the same with both my T-47/ART-13 and T-412/ART-13B.
