[Milsurplus] value? NOS TDQ and motor-generator

Well, it's smaller than a BC-610 or perhaps more to the point a BC-640.  
:-) I'd have to dig out the manual for details but covers 115-156 MC A2/A3.  
45 watts output.  Associated receiver is the RCK.  First ship that I served 
on still had one set aboard.  Was used on the carriers to talk to AN/ARC-1, 
-4 and -5 VHF.
