[Milsurplus] 1 kV Ceramic Caps- Your Choice?

I don't know a lot about Vishay, so they would have been my 4th choice.

Murata and TDK are Japanese masters of ceramics of of all sorts, and 
Panasonic (Matsushita) is highly reliable as well.
