[Milsurplus] [ARC5] ARB Canvass Cover

Salt spray and drips.  Think a fighter staged on a carrier deck, with a 
strong wind over the bow and a significant sea state, not to mention an 
eternally leaky canopy. It happened.  The ARMN has photos of the results 
to connectors and the like.
