Similar on various versions of the LM- series. Some models have a trimmer on the crystal and some don't. I added it to my LM-7 to improve the accuracy. Just required a ceramic trimmer.

I assumed this was a ham mod because someone has stuck a
paper label on the front of the nomenclature plate. Perhaps an
over-hasty assumption!
