Yes, that C-451/ARC-21.  I doubt the RT-400/ARC-65, a very late-1950s
modification of the RT-128A/ARC-21, made it to many B-36 aircraft.
Just about all of the B-36 units were gone from service by 1959.  But
the AN/ARC-65 made it to other aircraft like the B-52 and KC-135.  I have
a pilot's -1 manual that shows one on a C-47 in place of where an AN/ARC-8
and its radio operator had once been.

There doesn't seem to be any sign of the AN/ARC-21 in the B-36 photos
other than the C-451.
