Stupidity didn't just get invented.
Some Trivia:  I was in USAF on Okinawa in
the early 60's, and working in Staff Communications.
Army controlled the use of the RF spectrum.
A contractor who was building an additional runway
asked for frequencies for VHF radios for his trucks.
Army said,
"No, there is already too much electromagnetic
radiation on Okinawa, and it is unhealthy for the
indigenous personnel."
Question:  "Does RF exposure make the hair come
off dogs?"
